Christmas Decorations
Welcome to INKspiration: Home of Crafts by Lucy Victoria. The theme for this months Jem's blog hop is Christmas decorations -can you believe it's only 23 days until Christmas -wow.
Here is my little make.
Autumn/Winter Stampin' Up! Catalogue- Save 10% bundle
If you don't already have a UK Independent Stampin; Up! Demonstrator through whom you order Stampin; Up! Products -please feel free to contact me.
Jute twine, three mini canvases and a stapler
Staple the jute twine to the back of the mini canvases (7cm x 7cm)
Dapper Denim card (6.5cm x 6.5cm) and Pool Party card onto which Mary and Joseph are stamped, and also the shepherd in black memento ink. Then cut out using the framelit dies.
Dapper Demin stamped with white craft ink and then embellished with pearls. All adhered with tombo glue.
Bethlehem City framelits used to cut scenery out of gold foil sheets, again background stamped with stars from the night of Bethlehem stamp set.
Traditional sentiment from the stamp set used to complete this nativity Christmas decoration. To create a timeless Christmas decoration.
A few more snaps of the Christmas Nativity Hanger....
I have got the 3D make bug and am into making decorations at the moment. I had a Christmas stall at Hawthorne farm in Yeadon, Leeds and have another one coming up at Trinity Church, Rawdon on the 9th December so, if you fancy getting your hands on some of my Christmas makes -come along! Visit my Facebook page: Crafts by Lucy Victoria and follow my page for details of all my events.
Here are some half-bauble decorations I made using the hearts come home bundle -also from the autumn/winter catalogue. Dapper denim card, whisper white card and dazzling diamonds glimmer paper.
The following baubles were made using up some scraps of retired papers that I had in my boxes as I was experimenting with ideas :-)
If you look closely you can see my crafting companion......my pooch...his paw is just about visible on this photo. He kept me company.....snoring as I made my baubles... crafting is sooooooo relaxing.
I hope you enjoyed my little Christmas buffet of decorations. Which one was your favourite? Please leave a comment and let me know...
